Cancellation Policy

Advance registration is required. Registration closes 7 days before the workshop so that we can order the specialty chocolates and prepare tasting materials based on the number of participants. Minimum attendance: A minimum of 10 participants is required for the workshop to take place. If the minimum is not reached, the workshop may be canceled or rescheduled, and all registered participants will receive a full refund. Participant cancellations: Because chocolate and tasting supplies are purchased in advance, registrations are non-refundable within 10 days of the workshop. Cancellations made more than 10 days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in advance. If the workshop is canceled by the organizers, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future workshop. Thank you for understanding that this is a small-group experience featuring specialty chocolates that must be ordered in advance.
