About Me
I’m a Pediatric and Family Dietitian, born and raised in China, a mother of two, with a passion for supporting children and parents from all cultural backgrounds in building healthy, confident relationships with food.
I believe that nutrition should be evidence-based, practical, and inclusive, honoring the joy and meaning of eating while respecting diverse family traditions and cultural perspectives. Every family is unique, and lasting change comes from guidance that fits real life, not rigid rules.
My approach translates complex science into simple, actionable strategies that nurture both your child’s growth and your family’s overall well-being.

My
Story

I was born and raised in China, where food is more than fuel—it’s family, tradition, and connection. I became especially passionate about pediatric nutrition after having my two wonderful children.
Even as a dietitian, I faced challenges many parents know all too well: my daughter, born a little after 37 weeks and weighing less than 6 lbs, struggled to gain weight, and my son was never a big meat eater, which often made it challenging to ensure adequate protein.
These personal experiences deepened my understanding of the worries, questions, and pressures parents face around feeding and growth. They inspired me to help families navigate nutrition with confidence, blending science, practicality, and cultural sensitivity.
With over 10 years of experience in research, education, and clinical settings, I know how to translate complex nutrition science into practical, realistic strategies—and how behavior change really happens in real life.
I’m here to help families like yours feel confident, supported, and empowered, so mealtimes can be less stressful, more joyful, and nourishing for both your children and you.
